SIGHTING: Dog on the run
Multicolored Large Dog could be Great Dane Run through Highland Park / West Marginal Way around 6:15 pm. Looking around for it with a friend now. It had a harness on it so is def someone’s pet. It was running back and forth through the intersection.
FOUND DOG: Highland Park puppy
Found last night at the Overlook Apartments in Highland Park, West Seattle. He was shivering in a bush at 9pm with no collar or identification and is not microchipped. Gray pit bull puppy with white paws; very young & not potty trained. He started out shy, but he is playful, sweet, and snuggly.

FOUND: Deceased dog
Today I found the remains of a small black dog, similar to a chihuahua near the railroad tracks on W Marginal Way SW near the entrance to t̓uʔəlaltxʷ (toolalt) Village Park and Shoreline Habitat Terminal (formerly Terminal 105 Park).
Looks like it had been there for a week or more. Sad sight. Didn’t notice a collar.
FOUND CHICKEN: Wandering
I’m not sure this qualifies as a pet or if it is even lost, but there is a black chicken roaming the Delridge p-patch. It’s been there a couple of days and I haven’t seen it in the neighborhood before. If anyone is missing a chicken, it might be theirs.
SIGHTING: Dog on the run
Several neighbors have seen a dog running loose in the north admiral / admiral area. At apx 3:50 pm I was walking on Sunset ave by Hill street and saw him running South on Sunset. A woman in a car stopped me and said she had been tracking it from Met Market. At apx 4:10 pm a neighbor and I saw it running south on 46 th crossing Stevens on the way to Madison Middle school. Clearly the dog is frightened. Hopefully someone will claim him/her soon.
As best I can tell, the dog is about 45 lbs, short haired, brindle dark brown with white on its face and maybe a paw.

FOUND CAT: Gray, on Pigeon Point
We found this gray male cat with white feet and chest patch wandering near Pathfinder elementary today (Saturday, Nov 22). Neighbors say it had been in the area for a few days and previously had a collar and bell, but has since lost both.
We got it scanned and it has no microchip. It’s currently comfortable and eating at our house. If you know anything, please call Sam at 574-286-8010.
